Dolley Payne Madison was the most important First Lady of the nineteenth century. The Dolley Madison Digital Edition is a collection of her correspondence and selected non-literary documents such as visiting lists and lawsuits. With the project's completion in 2021, this digital edition contains over 3,600 documents.
